Overview

Providing on-site technical support for the scattered gas recovery project, including process parameter monitoring, equipment operation and maintenance, technical coordination with the client on-site, and preparation of technical documentation—to ensure stable project operations.

Taking office
Conditions

1. Associate degree or above, majoring in Petroleum Engineering, Oil and Gas Storage & Transportation, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, or a related field; 1–3 years of hands-on technical experience in natural gas dehydration and dewaxing, or CNG processing operations on-site.
2. Familiar with the process flow of scattered gas recovery, and proficient in the basic operating principles and procedures for equipment such as compressors and dehydration units.
3. Possess on-site technical problem-solving skills, able to assist in resolving minor equipment malfunctions, fluctuations in process parameters, and other issues; also familiar with the client’s on-site management requirements.
4. Possess basic document-writing skills, capable of recording equipment operating data, preparing daily technical reports, and more;
5. Able to adapt to outdoor work in the Sichuan-Chongqing region and long-term business travel, with strong teamwork skills.

6.  Follow leadership instructions, participate in relevant training as required by business needs, and obtain the corresponding certifications. Strictly adhere to the regulation requiring employees to work only with valid credentials.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the manager and engineers in implementing project technical plans, and on-site, oversee and adjust process parameters (such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate) to ensure stable operation of dehydration, dehydrocarbon removal, CNG processing, and other related processes.
2. Assist the project leader in conducting routine equipment inspections, recording operational data, and helping troubleshoot minor equipment issues (such as valve leaks, instrument malfunctions, etc.).
3. Coordinate with Party A's on-site technical personnel, provide feedback on technical progress and address any issues, and deliver technical data and records as requested by Party A.
4. Prepare on-site technical documentation, including equipment operation logs, process adjustment records, technical issue resolution reports, and more, then submit them to the relevant authorities for filing.
5. Assist in organizing technical training for on-site personnel, explaining equipment operation guidelines and the fundamental principles of the process.
6. Collect on-site operational data, analyze the causes of parameter fluctuations, and provide foundational data to help engineers optimize the process.
7. Complete other temporary and specialized tasks assigned by leadership, ensuring timely responses and thorough execution.

"Temperature monitoring throughout the unloading system met all standards, and the liquid nitrogen pre-cooling operation was successfully completed!" With the confirmation signal echoing from the central control room at Longkou Nanshan LNG Receiving Station, the liquid nitrogen pre-cooling (experimental cooling) of the station’s Phase I unloading system officially came to a triumphant close on August 25. This project not only served as a critical validation of the receiving station’s core unloading pipelines’ ability to withstand low-temperature conditions but also set a new industry benchmark with its cutting-edge operational efficiency and exceptional quality—laying a solid foundation for the station’s safe and highly efficient subsequent commissioning.
