Overview

Responsible for operating and performing daily maintenance on the core equipment of the scattered gas recovery project, ensuring safe and stable operation of the equipment, and supporting the completion of production tasks.

Conditions

1. Candidates should have at least a junior high school education; experience operating natural gas equipment is preferred.
2. Familiar with the basic operating principles and procedures of dehydration and hydrocarbon removal equipment, compressors, generators, VOC treatment units, and more; able to understand simple operation manuals.
3. Possess strong learning capabilities and can acquire skills such as equipment parameter monitoring and basic fault diagnosis (e.g., abnormal pressure, instrument alarms) through training;
4. Understand on-site safety regulations, properly wear protective equipment, and have no record of unsafe practices.
5. Able to adapt to fieldwork and shift-based operations in the Sichuan-Chongqing region, with a strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative team spirit.

6.  Follow leadership instructions, participate in relevant training as required by business needs, obtain the corresponding certifications, and strictly adhere to the policy of working only with valid credentials.

Job Responsibilities

1. Strictly follow the operating procedures for core equipment such as dehydration and hydrocarbon removal units, compressors, and other critical machinery, executing the entire process—from equipment startup to operation and shutdown—to ensure safe and reliable equipment performance.
2. Monitor equipment operating parameters in real time (such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and liquid level), and promptly report any abnormal conditions (e.g., overheating or overpressure) to the shift supervisor while assisting with the necessary actions.
3. Record equipment operating data as required, complete forms such as operation logs and inspection records, and ensure the data is accurate and comprehensive.
4. Participate in the daily maintenance and upkeep of equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, fastener inspections, and assisting technicians with minor equipment troubleshooting.
5. Follow on-site safety regulations, wear protective equipment correctly, participate in safety training and emergency drills, and master basic emergency response skills (such as initial handling of leaks).
6. Keep equipment and the operating area clean and sanitary, organize tools and materials, and ensure the site remains tidy.
7. Complete other operation-related tasks assigned by the team leader and collaborate with the team to fulfill production objectives;

8. Complete other temporary and specialized tasks assigned by leadership, ensuring timely responses and thorough execution.

With the confirmation signal echoing from the central control room at Longkou Nanshan LNG Receiving Station, the liquid nitrogen pre-cooling (experimental cooling) of the station’s Phase I unloading system officially came to a triumphant close on August 25. This project not only served as a critical validation of the receiving station’s core unloading pipelines’ ability to withstand low-temperature conditions but also set a new industry benchmark with its cutting-edge operational efficiency and exceptional quality—laying a solid foundation for the station’s safe and highly efficient subsequent commissioning.
