Penglai Well 1 Dehydration and Hydrocarbon Removal Project

On March 19, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., our company successfully commissioned the Penglai Well 1 skid-mounted natural gas recovery project in Daying County, Suining City, achieving a daily processing capacity of 20,000 cubic meters of flared gas. The project features a self-integrated flared gas recovery skid unit, a dual-backup power generation system (natural gas + diesel generator sets), as well as comprehensive equipment such as an ice-based refrigeration system and oil-water separation storage tanks. Under the joint supervision of the client (Dense Gas/Shuhong Operation Area/Saiweituo), we rigorously completed three critical milestones: equipment pressurization testing, pipeline integrity verification, and gas quality compliance checks. This milestone marks the successful conversion of pre-drill flared gas into qualified pipeline gas, officially launching the first skid-mounted recovery station in the low-flat structural belt of central Sichuan. It also sets a new model for the efficient development of marginal gas resources in the basin.
