On October 29, as the Duokouhe Purification Plant successfully began operations, our company smoothly completed the helium-nitrogen pressure testing and leak detection integrated construction work for the purification facility at the Duokouhe Purification Plant, a key component of the capacity-building project aimed at developing the Feixianquan Formation gas reservoir in the Duokouhe-Qili North Gas Field within the Sichuan Basin.
On September 18, 2024, our company was entrusted with the critical task of full-system drying, purging, and leak detection for Phase I of the Longkou Nanshan LNG Receiving Station project—the key component of the National Pipeline Network's Bohai Sea Strategic Initiative.
Facing the challenging operating conditions of the high-sulfur-containing units at the Chuanbei Northeast Operations Branch, along with extreme 40°C temperatures, our company has strategically coordinated personnel, equipment, and liquid nitrogen resources. By leveraging lessons learned from similar projects through tabletop simulations, we organized comprehensive, company-wide training sessions on specialized topics such as hydrogen sulfide protection, the SABA system, and the five-in-one detection device. This ensured that all employees received thorough "personnel-equipment-environment" three-dimensional safety briefings.
On March 30, 2024, following an urgent task assigned by the Pipeline Bureau of CNPC, our company promptly assembled a dedicated team along with specialized equipment and dispatched them to the site. At 1:00 PM on March 31, under the supervision of the client, we successfully initiated the first replacement operation—achieving pipeline hot-work connection readiness in just two hours.
On March 20 at 1:00 PM, we received an urgent notification from the Southwest Oil & Gas Field: the gas pipeline connecting Lianshan Station to Huixing Valve Chamber had been damaged by a third party.
On November 20, 2023, our company received an urgent notification from Chengdu Natural Gas Chemical Plant, requesting that we arrive at the Erlongkou Pigging Station in Luzhou within 24 hours (by 6:00 PM on November 21) to carry out gas shutdown and connection work on the Luwei Pipeline, followed by nitrogen purging to resume production.
August 6, 2023: Sichuan Northeast Helium-Nitrogen Pressure Testing and Leak Detection Joint Project
The project spanned 42 days, achieving a 17% efficiency boost compared to similar projects. It successfully completed the full-system pressure testing and leak detection at the Xuanhan Purification Plant—all while maintaining zero accidents and zero delays. Recognized by the client for its innovative technology and lean management practices, the project earned a special commendation, setting a new industry benchmark for the safe commissioning of high-sulfur gas fields.
On April 18, 2023, our company promptly responded to the deployment by the Southwest Pipeline Company of the National Pipeline Network, taking on the critical task of providing nitrogen support for the crucial pipe replacement and repair at the defective weld joint located at K180+765m along the China-Myanmar pipeline (Longling County, Baoshan, Yunnan Province). Facing the highly challenging operation of replacing 31.12 kilometers of D1016 pipeline, our team completed the advance preparation—deploying pump trucks, tank trucks, and assembling a top-notch crew—at Valve Station No. 7 three days ahead of schedule (April 16, 19:00). The company’s Safety Director and technical leaders personally led the effort from the front lines. From 21:13 on April 18 to 00:15 on April 19, we efficiently executed the first pipeline replacement; then, on April 21 from 09:05 to 11:36, we meticulously carried out the second replacement phase. Throughout the entire process, we rigorously adhered to the hot-work safety plan, delivering exceptional performance marked by "zero delays and zero incidents," which earned high praise from the National Pipeline Network and reinforced the secure flow of energy along the vital China-Myanmar energy artery.
On March 20, 2023, our company undertook the critical task of nitrogen purging for the pipe replacement project targeting a circumferential weld crack defect at the K797+807m section of the Zhonggui Pipeline.
On February 24, 2023, our company undertook the nitrogen displacement project for the D1219mm high-pressure pipeline—designed for a pressure of 12 MPa and capable of transporting 100 million cubic meters of gas daily—connecting the Desheng Valve Station to the Yongchuan Gas Transmission Station along the main route of the Weijiang Line in the Southwest Oil & Gas Field.
In October 2022, our company was urgently assigned the critical task of conducting nitrogen pressure testing, purging, and hot-work supervision for the newly constructed branch pipeline connecting to the Nanjing West Gas Transmission Station.
In October 2022, our company undertook the core node—nitrogen displacement technical services—for the pilot production mainline project at the Anyue Purification Plant Gas Gathering Station, a key component of the gas extraction management office's Pengtan Well Area No. 1 in northern and central Sichuan.
August 11, 2022: Yuanba First Station Metering Upgrade Project – Nitrogen Purging Project
This project is located at the nitrogen injection point in Yuanba First Station. The scope of work primarily includes a tie-in pipeline with specifications of D1016 mm × 22 km, as well as the Yuanlang Pipeline, which measures D406 mm × 34 km.
July 14, 2022: Weiqing Line Pressurized Nitrogen Replacement Project
This project is located at the Chengdu Gas Transmission Station of the Gas Transmission Management Division, Southwest Oil & Gas Field Company, featuring a pipeline with specifications of D720 mm × 39 km and operating under a natural gas pressure of 0.9 MPa.
On June 14, our company precisely carried out the nitrogen purging of the newly constructed D610mm pipeline (total length: 42 km) connecting Chongqing Nanchuan Dayou Gas Distribution Station to Dongsheng Gas Distribution Station, in preparation for its commissioning.
In this southern construction project, according to the work schedule of the Chongqing Oil and Gas Transmission Branch of Southwest Pipeline, three Class-I hot work operations along the Zhonggui Line are planned to be carried out consecutively from May 6 to May 10. Our company has been invited to perform nitrogen purging on the pipelines involved in these three hot work activities.
May 6, 2022 – Yeshan Guan Compressor Station Pipeline Nitrogen Purging Project
After receiving the Level-1 hot work notification on April 25, our company proactively deployed liquid nitrogen equipment ahead of schedule—despite the significant challenge of nationwide restrictions on hazardous chemical vehicles during the May Day holiday—to ensure project deadlines were met by moving in to the site on April 29.
During the "May Day" holiday period, to ensure the timely commissioning in June of Zhejiang Zhoushan LNG Receiving Station Phase II— a key national energy project—weeding out critical infrastructure—the construction team from our company gave up their vacation and is working tirelessly to complete the critical tasks of purging, drying, and purging the process pipeline system.
On September 10, 2020, our company was assigned the critical task of ensuring nitrogen safety during an emergency pipeline replacement and connection project targeting eight defective welds along the Guizhou section of the China-Myanmar natural gas pipeline. Upon receiving the assignment, we swiftly mobilized resources, completing the deployment of our engineering command vehicle, liquid nitrogen equipment, and a 14-member construction team by 5:00 PM on September 12. The team arrived promptly at the site—Valve Station No. 50—as scheduled.
This construction is expected to complete the pipeline interconnection and jointing on May 29, 2020, followed by nitrogen purging on May 30, 2020.
At a critical stage where our company is simultaneously tackling both epidemic prevention and control as well as resuming production and work, we have been entrusted with the nitrogen displacement technical service for tank inspection of two 5,000 m³ spherical tanks at Chengdu Gas Group's Third Storage and Distribution Station.
May 27, 2020: Hot Work Connection and Nitrogen Purging Project for the Zhonggui Natural Gas Pipeline
During the inspection of weld joints on the Zhonggui Natural Gas Pipeline, the Lanzhou-Chengdu-Yuanyang Oil Transportation Branch identified hazardous defects—specifically, weld cracks. To eliminate the significant safety risks these defective welds posed to pipeline operations, Southwest Pipeline Company organized a project to replace the affected sections of the pipeline by cutting out and replacing the compromised welds with new pipe segments.
October 16, 2019: China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline Nitrogen Purging Project
The China-Russia East Gas Pipeline Project was a key energy initiative in China in 2019, designed with the largest pipe diameter available at the time (φ1422mm). Upon completion, it will deliver Russian natural gas to Northeast and North China regions, effectively addressing winter gas shortages in northern areas.
On behalf of China National Petroleum Corporation Shandong Natural Gas Pipeline Co., Ltd., our company conducted nitrogen purging operations from August 20 to 22, 2019, on the natural gas pipeline system connecting the Tai'an Compressor Station to Valve Station No. 1 and from the Tai'an Compressor Station to Valve Station No. 18, ensuring the safety and reliability of the pipelines during subsequent maintenance or renovation activities.
On August 6, 2019, Sichuan Host Company received a notice from the Guiyang Oil and Gas Transmission Branch of China National Petroleum Group Southwest Pipeline Co., Ltd., requesting our company's personnel, equipment, and vehicles to immediately head to the Anshun Operation Area in Anshun County, Guizhou Province.
