On March 30, 2024, following an urgent task assigned by the Pipeline Bureau of CNPC, our company promptly assembled a dedicated team along with specialized equipment and dispatched them to the site. At 1:00 PM on March 31, under the supervision of the client, we successfully initiated the first replacement operation—achieving pipeline hot-work connection readiness in just two hours.

March 20, 2024 – Southwest Oil & Gas Field Huixing Valve Station Gas Pipeline Emergency Nitrogen Displacement Project

On March 20 at 1:00 PM, we received an urgent notification from the Southwest Oil & Gas Field: the gas pipeline connecting Lianshan Station to Huixing Valve Chamber had been damaged by a third party.

November 20, 2023: Luzwei Pipeline Gas Shutdown for Connection and Nitrogen Purging Project to Resume Production

On November 20, 2023, our company received an urgent notification from Chengdu Natural Gas Chemical Plant, requesting that we arrive at the Erlongkou Pigging Station in Luzhou within 24 hours (by 6:00 PM on November 21) to carry out gas shutdown and connection work on the Luwei Pipeline, followed by nitrogen purging to resume production.

Comprehensive Remediation and Pipe Replacement Project for Defective Welds at Two Locations on the China-Myanmar Pipeline: K061+850m and K202+302m

The 2.5-hour operation on Section K061 (qualified at 6:30, finishing 30 minutes ahead of schedule) set a new record for pipeline replacement time on the large-diameter Φ1016mm pipeline. Using "Host speed," the team successfully eliminated two major pipeline hazards, ensuring the safe operation of the China-Myanmar energy artery.

Defect Weld Replacement and Pipe Repair Project with Nitrogen Purging at K180+765m on the China-Myanmar Pipeline, April 18, 2023

On April 18, 2023, our company promptly responded to the deployment by the Southwest Pipeline Company of the National Pipeline Network, undertaking the critical nitrogen supply needed for the crucial pipe replacement and repair work at the defective weld joint located at K180+765m along the China-Myanmar pipeline (Longling County, Baoshan City, Yunnan Province).

The Tieshanpo high-sulfur gas field is a key project for Southwest Oil & Gas Field Company as it accelerates production to reach 50 billion cubic meters. Our company is responsible for the final quality control of the Tieshanpo surface construction project—specifically, the helium-nitrogen joint pressure testing for leak detection and pipeline pigging operations.

March 20, 2023: Pipeline Replacement and Nitrogen Purging Project for Defective Welds on the Zhonggui Natural Gas Pipeline

On March 20, 2023, our company undertook the critical task of nitrogen purging for the pipe replacement project targeting a circumferential weld crack defect at the K797+807m section of the Zhonggui Pipeline.

February 24, 2023: Nitrogen Purging Project for the Weiyuan-Luzhou Block Shale Gas Gathering and Transmission Pipeline—From Desheng Valve Station to Yongchuan Gas Transmission Station

December 6, 2022 – Nitrogen Gas Unblockage Emergency Project at Well S3, Jiaoye Platform 85

In December 2022, our company urgently responded to a critical stuck-coil tubing incident at Well S3 on the Jiaoye 85 platform of Sinopec Jianghan Oilfield, deploying liquid nitrogen equipment to the site within 24 hours.

This project is located at the Chengdu Gas Transmission Station of the Gas Transmission Management Division, Southwest Oil & Gas Field Company, featuring a pipeline with specifications of D720 mm × 39 km and operating under a natural gas pressure of 0.9 MPa.

June 14, 2022 – Nitrogen Purging Project at Dayou Gas Transmission Station & Dongsheng Gas Transmission Station

On June 14, our company meticulously carried out the pre-commissioning nitrogen displacement for the newly constructed D610mm pipeline (total length: 42 km) connecting the Nanchuan Dayou Gas Distribution Station in Chongqing to the Dongsheng Gas Distribution Station. Equipment debugging was completed at 7:00 a.m., and operations were officially launched on time at 8:10 a.m. After five hours of relentless effort, the project was successfully completed at 1:10 p.m., with the first inspection passing flawlessly. Throughout the process, the project team maintained rigorous procedures and seamless collaboration, delivering the project on schedule with zero errors and ensuring exceptional quality—earning high praise from the client.

May 7, 2022: Southern Zhonggui Pipeline – Three Locations Special-Class Pipeline Nitrogen Replacement Project

In this southern construction project, as per the work schedule arranged by the Chongqing Oil and Gas Transmission Branch of Southwest Pipeline, three Class-I hot work operations along the Zhonggui Pipeline are planned to be carried out consecutively from May 6 to May 10. Our company has been invited to perform nitrogen purging on the pipelines involved in these hot work activities. After multiple on-site inspections and optimization of the proposed plan, our project team initiated the first phase of the operation at 5:40 a.m. on May 6. Remarkably, both designated monitoring points achieved compliance simultaneously within just 3 hours—exactly matching the scheduled timeline. This efficient execution has created a critical window for subsequent project milestones, earning high praise from the client.

May 6, 2022 – Yeshan Guan Compressor Station Pipeline Nitrogen Purging Project

On April 25, after receiving the special-class hot-work notification, our company faced the nationwide challenge of restricting hazardous chemical vehicles during the May Day holiday. Despite the associated costs, we proactively deployed liquid nitrogen equipment ahead of schedule and arrived on-site by April 29 to ensure project deadlines were met. At 7:30 a.m. on May 6, we initiated the purging operation, achieving compliance within just one hour—two hours earlier than originally planned. This allowed us to secure a critical time window for subsequent welding work, ultimately helping to keep the nation’s key pipeline project on track.

May 6, 2021: Project for Purging, Drying, and Purging Operations of the Second-Phase Pipeline System at the Zhoushan LNG Receiving Station in Zhejiang

During the "May Day" holiday period, our construction team gave up their much-needed break to ensure the timely commissioning—scheduled for June—of Phase II of Zhejiang Zhoushan LNG Receiving Station, a key national energy project. The team is working tirelessly on the critical tasks of purging, drying, and purging the process pipeline system. Despite tight deadlines and heavy workloads, the project team has maintained an intense 11-hour daily schedule, with equipment running continuously around the clock. All while prioritizing safety and quality, they’re steadily advancing the project to deliver robust support for the nation’s energy strategy.

September 10, 2020: Pipeline Replacement and Nitrogen Purging Project for 8 Defective Welds on the China-Myanmar Natural Gas Pipeline (Guizhou Section)

On September 10, 2020, our company was assigned the critical task of ensuring nitrogen safety during an emergency pipeline replacement and connection project targeting eight defective welds along the Guizhou section of the China-Myanmar natural gas pipeline. Upon receiving the assignment, we swiftly mobilized resources, completing the deployment of our engineering command vehicle, liquid nitrogen equipment, and a 14-member construction team by 5:00 PM on September 12. The team arrived promptly at the site—Valve Station No. 50—as scheduled.

August 16, 2020: Deyang Shitingjiang Oil Pipeline Emergency Response Project

On August 16, 2020, Sichuan experienced exceptionally heavy rainfall, triggering a catastrophic breach in the Shiting River embankment near Deyang. As a result, the oil pipeline connecting the Deyang oil transfer station to the oil depot was left suspended in mid-air, putting 450 cubic meters of gasoline and diesel at risk of leaking. Upon receiving the emergency report, our company immediately activated its crisis response plan, completing the deployment of emergency teams within just two hours. Overnight, we formulated a nitrogen-injection-based pressure-maintenance strategy and promptly mobilized the necessary equipment. After two relentless days and nights of intensive efforts, we successfully transferred all the fuel safely, effectively eliminating any potential threat of water contamination. Our swift and efficient response earned high praise from the project owner.

June 3, 2020: Shenzhen LNG Emergency Peak-Shaving Station External Pipeline Trial Operation and Nitrogen Purging Project

The CNOOC Shenzhen LNG-to-LNG Peak-Shaving Station Connection Project and the PetroChina West-to-East Gas Pipeline Shenzhen Branch Line Project are key national initiatives aimed at ensuring stable energy supply and interconnectivity in the Shenzhen region. Together, these projects span approximately 64 km, linking PetroChina’s West-to-East Gas Pipeline with Shenzhen’s main trunk line and the Shenzhen LNG Emergency Peak-Shaving Station. Once completed, they are expected to deliver up to 36 million cubic meters of clean energy per day to northern China during the second half of 2020 and the winter supply period, significantly enhancing the capacity to secure natural gas supplies under the "South-to-North Gas Transmission" strategy.

April 27, 2020: Nitrogen Purging Project for Ball Tanks at Chengdu Gas Group's Third Storage and Distribution Station

At a critical stage where our company is simultaneously tackling both epidemic prevention and control as well as resuming production and work, we have been entrusted with the nitrogen displacement technical service for tank inspection of two 5,000 m³ spherical tanks at Chengdu Gas Group's Third Storage and Distribution Station.

May 27, 2020: Hot Work Connection and Nitrogen Purging Project for the Zhonggui Natural Gas Pipeline

During the inspection of weld joints on the Zhonggui Natural Gas Pipeline, the Lanzhou-Chengdu-Yuanyang Oil Transportation Branch identified hazardous defects—specifically, weld cracks. To eliminate the significant safety risks these defective welds posed to pipeline operations, Southwest Pipeline Company organized a project to replace the affected sections of the pipeline by cutting out and replacing the compromised welds with new pipe segments.

October 16, 2019: China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline Nitrogen Purging Project

The China-Russia East Gas Pipeline Project was a key energy initiative in China in 2019, designed with the largest pipe diameter available at the time (φ1422mm). Upon completion, it will deliver Russian natural gas to Northeast and North China regions, effectively addressing winter gas shortages in northern areas.

August 27, 2019: Nitrogen Purging Project from Tai'an Compressor Station to Valve Chamber No. 1 and from Tai'an Compressor Station to Valve Chamber No. 18

On behalf of China National Petroleum Corporation Shandong Natural Gas Pipeline Co., Ltd., our company conducted nitrogen purging operations from August 20 to 22, 2019, on the natural gas pipeline system connecting the Tai'an Compressor Station to Valve Station No. 1 and from the Tai'an Compressor Station to Valve Station No. 18, ensuring the safety and reliability of the pipelines during subsequent maintenance or renovation activities.

On March 26, 2019, defect weld replacement and pipe connection with nitrogen purging were simultaneously carried out along the China-Myanmar natural gas pipeline in Baoshan, Mangshi, and Lufeng.

On March 26, Sichuan Host Oil and Gas Technology Co., Ltd. successfully completed the nitrogen-injection work for defect-welded pipe replacement and jointing along the China-Myanmar natural gas pipeline in Baoshan, Mangshi, and Lufeng simultaneously. Meanwhile, the emergency nitrogen-injection project in Linqu, Shandong, was also smoothly finished.
