May 20, 2024 – Chengdu 102 Oil Depot Branch Pipeline Three-Axis High-Definition Magnetic Flux Leakage Internal Inspection Project

On May 20, 2024, our company, responding to an urgent request from Tianjin Maiping Company, undertook the nitrogen-assisted operation supporting the three-axis high-definition magnetic flux leakage inspection of the Chengdu 102 Oil Depot branch pipeline (Φ168.3 mm × 7.31 km).

September 4, 2023 – Nitrogen Injection Technical Service Project for the Lanshan-Chengdu-Yuanyang Finished Oil Pipeline Realignment in Ziyang City’s Airport Economic Zone

On September 4, 2023, our company undertook the critical task of rerouting the Lan-Cheng-Yu refined oil pipeline in the Airspace Economic Zone of Yanjiang District, Ziyang City, contributing to the development of a national-level strategic hub.

April 15, 2023: Iron Hill Iron Hill High-Sulfur Gas Field Helium-Nitrogen Joint Operation and Intelligent Ball-Tracking Detection Project

The Tieshanpo high-sulfur gas field is a key project for Southwest Oil & Gas Field Company as it accelerates production to reach 50 billion cubic meters. Our company is responsible for the final quality control of the Tieshanpo surface construction project—specifically, the helium-nitrogen joint pressure testing for leak detection and pipeline pigging operations.

July 18, 2022: Relocation Project for the Lanzhou-Chongqing Finished Oil Pipeline at Guangyuan High-Speed Rail Express Logistics Base

The main construction activities include: nitrogen purging of the newly installed pipeline and nitrogen-driven oil displacement in the existing pipeline. The pipeline specifications are D508 mm × 3.41 km, with 1.73 km undergoing nitrogen purging for the new pipeline and 1.68 km utilizing nitrogen-driven oil displacement in the old pipeline.

April 27, 2020: Nitrogen Purging Project for Ball Tanks at Chengdu Gas Group's Third Storage and Distribution Station

At a critical stage where our company is simultaneously tackling both epidemic prevention and control as well as resuming production and work, we have been entrusted with the nitrogen displacement technical service for tank inspection of two 5,000 m³ spherical tanks at Chengdu Gas Group's Third Storage and Distribution Station.

August 28, 2019: Annual Inspection Project for Ball Tanks No. 3 and No. 4 at Deyang Fufeng Storage and Distribution Station

The annual inspection project for Tanks 3 and 4 at the Deyang Fufeng Storage and Distribution Station in 2019 was launched on May 29, with all construction tasks completed by August 5. The station successfully resumed operations on August 27, marking the end of the three-month-long project. Key activities included the erection of internal and external scaffolding for the spherical tanks, anti-corrosion work, nitrogen purging, weld inspections, and necessary repairs.

June 15, 2021: Ball Tank Inspection Project for Deyang Natural Gas Company

Sichuan Host Company safely and efficiently completed the tank-opening inspection project for Tanks No. 1 and No. 2 at the Fufeng Storage and Distribution Station of Deyang Natural Gas Company from April 10 to June 15, 2021—a period spanning 2 months and 5 days.
