September 4, 2023 – Nitrogen Injection Technical Service Project for the Lanshan-Chengdu-Yuanyang Finished Oil Pipeline Realignment in Ziyang City’s Airport Economic Zone

On September 4, 2023, our company undertook the critical task of rerouting the Lan-Cheng-Yu refined oil pipeline in the Yanjiang District of Ziyang City, specifically within the Airport Economic Zone, thereby supporting the construction of a national-level strategic hub. Facing challenging conditions along the combined 30.05 km stretch of both the new Ф323.9mm pipeline and the existing line (15.82 km for the new pipeline and 14.23 km for the old one), our team completed deployment on September 4 and initiated nitrogen purging and oil-pushing operations at 7:40 the following morning. After 13 hours of relentless effort, we efficiently finished the entire process—replacing the new pipeline and pushing crude oil through the old line—by 18:50. The operation was safely concluded at 19:00, ensuring zero delays and maintaining the smooth flow of this vital southwestern energy artery. This project laid a solid safety foundation for the development of Ziyang’s 100-square-kilometer Airport Economic Zone, earning high praise and dual recognition from both government authorities and the project owner.
