March 30, 2024 – Project for Nitrogen Purging and Modification at Valve Station No. 17 on the Main Pipeline

On March 30, 2024, following an urgent task assigned by PetroChina Pipeline Bureau, our company swiftly assembled a dedicated team and mobilized specialized equipment to the site. By 1:00 PM on March 31, under the supervision of the client, we successfully initiated the first replacement operation—achieving pipeline conditions suitable for hot work connection within just two hours. At 6:00 AM on April 3, we launched the second phase of the replacement process, overcoming challenging logistical hurdles such as the complex traffic conditions around the Guangming Power Plant area. By 6:30 PM that same day, we had seamlessly completed the dual-line replacement tasks at Valve Stations 16–18 along the Guangzhou-Shenzhen pipeline and between the Guangming Power Plant and Valve Station 17 on the Qudada pipeline. Throughout the entire operation, we maintained flawless safety records—zero accidents—and ensured zero defects in quality, earning high praise from the client, who described our team as "technically robust and setting industry standards for execution excellence." This mission not only underscored our company’s exceptional technical expertise but also highlighted our rapid response capabilities in emergency scenarios involving high-pressure natural gas pipelines.
