Dingye 11HF Scattered Well Natural Gas Recovery Station
The Dingye 11HF well, a pilot production well, is located in Group 6 of Taigong Village and Group 1 of Chatan Village, Ganshui Town, Qijiang District, Chongqing Municipality. The natural gas produced from the Dingye 11HF well is processed through an integrated CNG skid unit before being loaded onto tank trucks for external transportation and sale. Therefore, a new CNG processing station has been constructed in Group 1, Chatan Village, Ganshui Town, Qijiang District, Chongqing—approximately 500 meters away from the Dingye 11HF well. To facilitate this process, a dedicated gas pipeline has been built connecting the Dingye 11HF well directly to the CNG station, enabling the seamless delivery of gas to the compression unit for further processing. The compressor unit boasts an exhaust capacity of 5 × 10⁴ m³/day. Once the gas arrives at the station, it first undergoes separation and filtration via a gas-liquid separator and a wire mesh filter. It then enters the primary cylinder for pressurization, followed by cooling and secondary filtration before being sent to the secondary cylinder for additional boosting. After being cooled again, the compressed gas passes through another gas-liquid separator to remove oil and water, before finally entering a molecular sieve dehydration unit for thorough drying. The dried gas meets the stringent Class II quality standards specified by the GB17820 national natural gas standard. From there, it proceeds to a final filtration stage and is precisely metered using a mass flowmeter before being transferred to the CNG filling columns, where it is loaded into CNG tank trucks for efficient outbound transportation. Additionally, the gas that has undergone molecular sieve dehydration is further regulated to a pressure range of 0.4 MPa to 0.8 MPa, making it suitable as fuel for the gas generator skid unit.
