2022.9.10 Nitrogen Injection Technical Service Project for 7 Circumferential Weld Defects on the China-Myanmar Pipeline

On September 10, 2022, amidst the challenging pandemic lockdown conditions in Chengdu and Guizhou, our company was entrusted with a critical task: providing nitrogen-injection technical services for seven circumferential weld defects along the China-Myanmar pipeline's Guizhou section. Despite numerous obstacles, our project team rose to the occasion—construction personnel traveled to Guizhou seven days ahead of schedule for quarantine, while simultaneously coordinating the deployment of four liquid nitrogen units (including one emergency standby unit) and 14 tank trucks, delivering a total of 200 tons of liquid nitrogen resources across Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, and Chongqing provinces. On September 27–28, operations were conducted simultaneously at three valve stations; the fastest single-point replacement achieved compliance in just 65 minutes, allowing us to complete this vital national pipeline safety assurance task at an extraordinary pace—and earning high praise from the client.
