September 29, 2022: Nitrogen Purging for the Pilot Production Trunk Line Project at the Pengtan-1 Well Area Gas Collection Station, North Central Sichuan Gas Management Office

In October 2022, our company undertook the core technical service—nitrogen displacement—for the pilot production trunk line project in the Pengtan-1 Well Area of the Chuanzhong Northern Gas Production Management Office, specifically at the Anyue Purification Plant’s gas gathering hub. Facing Yang’an City’s stringent epidemic prevention policies, our team arrived on-site four days ahead of schedule (October 4) and immediately began a three-day home quarantine period. During this time, we simultaneously coordinated the deployment of three specialized equipment units—including liquid nitrogen pump trucks and tank trucks—as well as 16 cubic meters of liquid nitrogen resources. The technical team proactively finalized all necessary construction preparations, such as submitting and approving the implementation plan. On October 11 at 3:50 PM, we initiated the precise nitrogen injection process, which was completed efficiently within just six hours, successfully displacing 13.13 cubic meters of liquid nitrogen—exceeding the original plan by an impressive 64% of the planned reserve. Throughout the operation, we maintained rigorous adherence to quality standards, ensuring zero safety incidents and providing critical support for the successful commissioning of this nationally significant shale gas pilot project.
