July 14, 2022: Weiqing Line Pressurized Nitrogen Replacement Project

This project is located at the Chengdu Gas Transmission Station of the Gas Transmission Management Division, Southwest Oil & Gas Field Company, featuring a pipeline with specifications of D720 mm × 39 km and operating under a natural gas pressure of 0.9 MPa.

In this project, Sichuan Host provided Party A with two liquid nitrogen pump trucks, each delivering a flow rate of 20,000 m³/h. At exactly 12:57 p.m. on July 13, following Party A's command—"Nitrogen injection begins"—our two pump trucks kicked into action, their engines roaring as they officially opened the curtain on the entire operation. After a meticulous 5-hour process, the final inspection at 5:14 p.m. confirmed compliance, marking the successful completion of the project. In total, our company pumped 120 cubic meters of liquid nitrogen throughout the entire project.
