On August 6, 2023, in the Sichuan Northeast Helium-Nitrogen Pressure Testing and Leak Detection Joint Project, our company assembled a dedicated team of 16 elite professionals to tackle challenges such as the complex processes at the purification plant and the high intensity of continuous operations. Leveraging innovative 50m helium mass spectrometer technology, the team precisely pinpointed leak locations. To ensure efficiency, we implemented three key strategies: dynamic workforce reallocation, a robust equipment maintenance mechanism that maintained zero failures throughout the project, and advanced 3D process visualization for seamless control and management. The project was completed in just 42 days—17% faster than similar projects—without a single accident or delay. Successfully concluding the comprehensive pressure testing and leak detection of the Xuanhan Purification Plant, the initiative earned special recognition from the client for its groundbreaking technological innovations and lean management practices, setting a new industry benchmark for the safe commissioning of high-sulfur gas fields.
